ABOUT THE RETREAT:

• Through step-by-step individual and partner processes you’ll be guided in navigating how comparison, shame, perfectionism and self-betrayal are in fact our greatest teachers reflecting where inside we’re ready to expand into greater levels of empowerment, freedom, intimacy, joy, and unapologetic aliveness.
• Through Body Alive and Yoga we’ll further authentically express, dance, move, embody, integrate, and love our shadow parts back into the light of who we truly are. And through breathwork and meditation we’ll center, anchor, and ignite the experience of our wholeness, wisdom, and truth inside. These practices are counterparts and together offer a unique and complete mind, body, spirit and soul resurrection.
• Additionally, we’ll embrace the local culture and further broaden our edges and definitions of what’s possible by saying yes to adventure through surfing, dancing salsa, and practicing Spanish.
• When you return home, you’ll be empowered to face the ups and downs, highs and lows of life with the adventurous spirit, intimacy, wisdom, joy, and power that you are.
