We define FULLY ALIVE LIVING as a way of life in which we choose to participate in an ever evolving journey towards our best life where we aim to become the most whole version of ourselves - not in spite of but because of of our limitations, belief systems, lack of awarenesses, imperfections, quirks, differences, fears and struggles. We are a culture that incorporates daily practice that help us to be inside of, write and witness the movie of our lives all at the same time - with the grandest intention being that when we all get to the end we can look back and say, wow, what a beautiful story - I'M SO GRATEFUL THAT I WAS PRESENT FOR IT ALL!!
We choose to hone our skills and tools of self awareness so that we can remain open when we want to close, available to be with all the flavors, colors, emotions and sensations, so that we can step forward more confidently, clearly, and connected to everything that is in front of us. This is FULLY ALIVE LIVING and this hub is a place to come for inspiration, community, practice and lifestyle.
