Together, we will open the portal into this season’s challenge through the core teachings of Spiritual Psychology--- the study and practice of conscious awakening. Then guided through partner practices each participant will be given the chance to experience the Awakening Spiritual Psychology delivers. Plan to courageously face and release what has kept you from living your most fully alive life—so that you can step into your raw and unapologetic brilliance. The experience culminates with the movement medicine of Body ALIVE—a ritual of embodied awakening to seal in your transformation, restore vitality, and celebrate the reclamation of your most luminous self.
