Most people spend their lives trying to get more energy, hold onto energy, or recover from losing it.
But very few of us are taught how energy actually moves.
CIRCULATE is a two-hour immersive experience combining movement, breath, music, nervous system practices, reflection, and meaningful conversation to help participants develop a healthier relationship with their energy, emotions, and aliveness.
Together, we'll explore three essential capacities:
Creating energy from within rather than constantly seeking it outside ourselves.
Building the capacity to stay present with intensity, emotion, challenge, and possibility.
Learning how to cathartically move, redirect, and express energy in ways that create greater freedom, clarity, and connection.
Rather than learning about transformation intellectually, participants experience it directly through their own bodies and then explore what that experience reveals about how they live, work, relate, and grow.
Participants leave with practical tools for navigating stress, creativity, emotional wellbeing, and personal transformation.
No movement experience required. Just curiosity and a willingness to participate.
Bring a mat, wear clothes you can sweat and move in, and a drinking vessel. Participants may be barefoot or wear indoor sneakers.
