ALIVE is not solely a movement class. It's a growing MOVEMENT. . . a philosophy of embodied freedom. A way of guiding humans back into their bodies, humanity, and ALIVENESS.Jayne trains a small, high-caliber group — you will become part of the founding cohort of the ALIVE expansion and the first teachers/ambassadors across the country set up to bring ALIVE to your home city in the way that is just right for your community.

A yoga, dance, somatic, or movement teacher ready for the next level
Someone who leads humans — coaches, facilitators, therapists, even parents

This training is an opportunity for people who are ready to teach/lead from their soul, not their script.

PREREQUISITES:

‍To protect the integrity of the methodology, all applicants must:

Have taken the 3 week online TT
Have at least 3 years of consistent yoga, somatic, or movement practice
Have taken a minimum of 15 Body ALIVE classes (live or online), or special permission from Jayne
Have experience in teaching, leading, coaching, or holding space (any modality)
Be committed to deep personal work + energetic integrity
Be available for the full Aspen immersion
Have the willingness to practice, refine, and be coached

TUITION:

$997 online training only

$6000 in-person training only (online training is prerequisite for in-person)

$6500 online + in-person training (online training is prerequisite for in-person)
