To protect the integrity of the methodology, applicants must:
• Complete the ALIVE Online Foundations Training
• Have an established movement, yoga, somatic, or embodiment practice
• Attend at least 15 Body ALIVE classes (or receive special approval)
• Have significant experience leading humans in some capacity (Certification Track only)
• Commit to the full Aspen immersion
• Be open to coaching, feedback, and personal growth
