CERTIFICATION:

Upon completion of both portions, you will become a:

Certified ALIVE Teacher

*You will be qualified to teach the method anywhere in the world, as part of the first generation of ALIVE lineage holders.

PREREQUISITES:

To protect the integrity of the methodology, all applicants must:

• Have taken the 3 week online TT
• Have at least 3 years of consistent yoga, somatic, or movement practice
• Have taken a minimum of 15 Body ALIVE classes (live or online), or special permission from Jayne  
• Have experience in teaching, leading, coaching, or holding space (any modality)
• Be committed to deep personal work + energetic integrity
• Be available for all online sessions (live or replays)  + the full Aspen immersion
• Have the willingness to practice, refine, and be coached
