ALIVE is not simply a movement class. It's a growing MOVEMENT
. . . a philosophy of embodied freedom.
A way of guiding humans back into their bodies, breath, and ALIVENESS.
This spring Jayne will train a small, high-caliber group of teachers — you will become the founding cohort of the ALIVE expansion and the first teachers around the country to be set up to teach ALIVE in your home city and to make it your own.

Online - April 2026
- 3 weeks pre-recorded, go at your own pace
- 4 weekly group calls ( April 8, 15, 22 & 29, 9am MST)
7 day Aspen Immersion / Practicum - May 2026
May 9-16 2026
May 9-12 - Open to students looking to deepen their practice
May 13-16 - Open only to teachers wanting to teach
TUITION:
$997 online training only
$5000 in-person training only (online training is prerequisite for in-person)
$5997 online + in-person training (online training is prerequisite for in-person)
$4000 ALIVE Immersion only ( includes online training)
