
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
1. Hatha Vinyasa Kriya:
Traditional Hatha Yoga postures lit by pranayama for Nauli Kriya to expand our lung capacity and develop movement to tone and lengthen our muscles, free all joints and align the energy for inversions and meditation
2. Momentum:
A yoga, tai chi, pilates & dance blend. Sequences as a fun hit sculpt detox spiral hypertrophy movement pattern; for muscle mass, length, mental health and energetic alignment.
3. Deep Flow Yoga:
Hatha Vinyasa sun salutation breath based practice. Sequencing standing postures and extended twists to prepare for a retaurative moment and a short meditation.
4. Restorative (Pranayama + Meditation)
Satsang, pranayama, and asana to fully expand prana and recite the Tadasana mantra. A space to breathe with awareness, inhabit the body, and come together to connect with the very source of life, through silence, presence, and shared energy.
5. Privates:
From biomecánics to yoga coaching, in private yoga classes, together we find how yoga can deliver the best expression of you though my practice or Ayurvedic lifestyle adjustments
ABOUT MARCOS JASSAN:
He has been a passionate yoga practitionerand teacher since 1997. He began with Ashtanga Yoga and later developed a Classic Hatha Yoga Alliance–certified teacher training program that integrates anatomy and physiology with subtle body alignment and a holistic sense of balance, helping students feel at home in the breathingmovements of their bodies. Now, he continues to innovate with new ways and forms of movement to welcome more people into this wellness exploration.
