Jayne has been studying embodiment and the tantric traditions of cultivating authentic and awakened sexual connection for the past 5 years and she’s finally ready to share what she’s learned.  Come explore, release and let go of life residue and built-up resentments that we all carry with physical, spiritual and breath practices, followed by a heart opening plant ritual and then teachings on the 7 scales of masculine and feminine polarity (each week a different scale is the focus).  You will discover how to tap into your own wholeness and truth as a gift to your partner and begin to build a bond with him/her, yourself and life that is more powerful and so much more fun than you ever thought possible!

In this workshop she brings her 25 years of experience to teach and activate awareness around the hormones serotonin, dopamine, oxytocin and endorphins.  Annie has evolved her own unique practice combining nursing, acupuncture, plants, cupping, qi gong & meditation.
