What if yoga was never just about poses…
but about learning how to be fully alive inside your body?

This workshop is a return to the true essence of yoga —
an integration of breath, movement, and awareness that brings the body, mind, and spirit into coherence.

Rooted in tantric philosophy and modern somatic understanding, we explore the embodiment, physiology, and psychology of the deep yoga teachings — awakening the dynamic interplay of masculine and feminine energies within us all.

Tantra understands holistically how the 4 states of consciousness,  the 5 sheaths, the 14 systems and the 7 tissues come to life with the 3 humors and the 5 pranas. Yoga tools provide us how to activate and purify all this parts of us to create balance,  joy and even bliss.

The different ways to address these subtle mechanics deliver a wide array of ways to apply the yoga as for restorative, meditation, Breathwork, Hatha, Vinyasa, Kriya, and dance. Understand the foundations and coherence of it all

The Experience

Through an intentional arc of practice, you will:

• Experience how breath animates the body and influences thought, emotion, and energy
• Move beyond mechanical movement into embodied, intelligent expression
• Explore the principles of natural polarity as a pathway to clarity, vitality, and connection
• Understand the nervous system’s role in presence, openness, and relational depth
• Engage in conscious connection practices that reveal how you meet yourself — and others

Part movement ritual.
Part philosophical inquiry.
Part relational practice.

We will weave together:

Breathwork + somatic awareness
Fluid, intentional movement
Neo-classical tantric philosophy + grounded psychological insight
Guided reflection + conversation
Partner-based connection work

Yoga, in its truest form, is not something you do — it is something you become  . . .an experience of living that you get to have if you choose.

When breath, body, and mind move together, clarity replaces confusion, connection replaces disconnection,
and life begins to feel… deeply lived.
