Marcos Jassan has been a passionate yoga practitioner and teacher since 1997.
He began with Ashtanga Yoga and later developed a classical Hatha Yoga Alliance-certified teacher training program that integrates anatomy and physiology through subtle body alignment and a holistic sense of balance, helping you feel at home in the breathing movement of your body. He now innovates with new forms of movement to welcome more into this wellness exploration.

For this class the adjustments are optional and the progressive understanding of the alignment sheds a light on the logi behind this standing secuence of standing postures framed by a full vinyasa with pranayama and asana Kriyas sparkled through out the practice to enhance or centering for meditation and for life.
