Growing up in the mountains of Aspen — held by the peaks, rivers, and trees — I slowly found my way back into my body after early trauma. Nature became my first teacher, showing me how to listen, soften, and reconnect with the deeper intelligence that lives inside all of us. Long before I ever studied astrology, the land reminded me of who I was beneath the fear and gently guided me home to myself.

Now, as an alchemical astrologer, I help others do the same.
