A long-time traveler, mover, and seeker, Brittany’s work is shaped by global wisdom traditions and her love for nature, movement, and the human spirit. Her experience with the Adaptive community through Challenge Aspen has given her a profound understanding of resilience, neuro-muscular patterning, and the importance of accessible, individualized care for every body.

She believes the body carries stories—emotional, physical, and energetic—and that healing touch helps reveal, release, and realign those inner narratives.
