Intuitive Bodywork is a multidimensional healing experience that blends Internal Family Systems Therapy facilitation with gentle somatic touch, energy awareness, and Eastern body-mind wisdom. This modality works with the understanding that the body, the psyche, and the energy field are deeply interconnected—and that emotional “parts” often express themselves through physical sensation, meridian pathways, organ systems, and subtle energetic shifts.

Lauren listens to the body the way one would listen to a story: through breath, tone, tension, temperature, movement, and intuitive communication. By combining gentle acupressure and Shiatsu techniques along the meridians, Thai-inspired assisted stretching, Reiki healing, yogic adjustments, and sound healing, the body is invited to soften, open, and reveal the messages held within.

Traditional Chinese Medicine principles guide the work, helping identify where emotions may be stored in organ systems—grief in the lungs, fear in the kidneys, anger in the liver, worry in the spleen—and how these patterns relate to the protective parts and exiled parts inside the internal system. Through compassionate IFS dialogue, clients are supported in understanding what each part is trying to communicate and in reconnecting with the Self: the calm, centered, intuitive core of their being.

Sessions are deeply grounding, gently catalytic, and highly personalized.
